Hiking with friends.

I'm 18 years old and I have a lot of enthusiasm towards working. I come from Uruguay, even though I don’t remember much, since I came here when I was 1 year old and a half.

I love colors and the thought of magic surrounding us. Nature is one of the most special things to me and it deserves to be protected.

My hobbies are principally listening to music and reading, with a several things that came from those, such as singing, playing percussion instruments, writing, reading, drawing and searching. I have a lot of creativity about all types of genres, specializing myself in romance, fantasy and humor.

My favorite books are 3 sagas. The Egyptian Saga of Wilbur Smith, the Harry Potter Saga, of J.K. Rowling and the How To Train Your Dragon Saga of Cressida Cowell. All of them have helped me to become a better person and to discover precious fantasy worlds.

• Of all my communication skills, there’s a few that stands out:

• I'm able to inform of various points of view, even opposite ones, about a specific topic.
• I have the ability of agree on specific details without a hint of ambiguity.
• I have the ability of lead teamwork, and in the case of not doing it, I can contribute with innovative ideas and keeping a good communication and atmosphere with all the members of the group.
• I can mediate in conflicts of the members of the group.
• I’m able to concede mistakes learning because of them without blaming others.
• I can maintain a fluid conversation of a topic that has been agreed before in English or Spanish.

• On the other hand, the abilities that stand out of my organization skills are:
• I’m able to find an effective method to mechanize elementary tasks, so me and the company can save time.
• I can solve complex problems with a series of easy solutions.
• I’m able to find an efficient method to prioritize documents when I have to work with a big number of tasks.

• Regarding all my other abilities, the ones that stand out are:
• I’m able to finish the tasks that I have initiated and to file all the documents at the end of the day.
• I can help other workers if it’s necessary.
• I’m a reader passionate. I even gained experience on the library sector because of my time on the High School, being a library assistant.
• I have an Occupational Risks Prevention. I passed the necessary hours for the first level in the Labor Formation and Orientation’s module.
• I am able to translate documents from English to Spanish and vice-versa with great accuracy. I have some experience because I’m currently translating a science fiction story published on the Internet. I have translated by far 56.850 words. If a page of a book might have 250 words each, that means I have translated 227.4 pages.
• I’m able to cheer up and encourage my co-workers.
